 | Elmbroo Vespa Club - Founded in October 2025 by Jeff Carrigan, a resident of Elm Grove, Wisconsin and modern Vespa owner. He is retired and looking forward to meeting others with a passion for Vespa ownership, culture, and style. He is also a member of the Vespa Club of America. Elmbrook Vespa Club’s (EVC) mission is to have fun, make friends and give back to the local communities. The mission will be lived out through non-scooter, scooter and give back events throughout the year. We welcome all scooterists in the Metropolitan Milwaukee area to join us. EVC is a chapter of the Vespa Club of America. |
