Hello all, I am new to the Vespa world and just picked up this GTS 250ie that's been sitting for 3 years. I'm trying to see if it's worth restoring to life so first thing is to hear what she sounds like running. So far with a new battery, I get all lights and functions, but it will not turn over. I checked all continuity at all switches (run/stop switch, start switch, etc.) but there's no start on the scooter. What else should I be looking for?
